The hotel's location offered fantastic skyline and sea views, I especially liked the sunset. The staff accommodated every special request I had. The food quality was excellent. The tall ceiling dining room even has an outside dining option.
The kids club seemed more suited for younger children. Activities for 7-10 year olds was limited.

Breakfast includes a wide variety of options with fresh ingredients; the presentation was very nice. The restaurant offers a diverse menu for lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating is available, and it overlooks the water.

Staff members throughout the hotel are consistently helpful, and they are polite. Front desk staff provided quick assistance with check-in. Requests were handled promptly. I was very satisfied, overall.

I found the gym to be well-equipped. it featured multiple treadmills and various weight machines. the hotel's four pools offered different ambiances (this was a plus!). i also enjoyed the garden area with bouncy castles. It kept the children entertained on saturday.

I found the towel sizes at the pool to be inadequate. They were smaller than standard bath towels. The pool area had numerous broken tiles. the all-inclusive ice cream selection only included a choice of three options, all others incurred extra charges. I was expecting better maintenance and more inclusive options, considering the hotel's category.

The room was spacious and well-lit. It had a beautiful city view, just as i wanted. the bathroom was big too. the staff were amazing. They knew their job well and were very pleasant, especially ms. ayan at reception who was friendly and gave me a beautiful room.
The hotel seemed clean on arrival. the room was lovely. The bedding was the nicest i have ever slept in. however, the mini bar included just one beer, two sodas, and two waters. I don't consider it fully stocked. the pool area seemed to need maintenance. Many tiles were broken and was dangerous.

I appreciated the prompt attention during check in and check out. The food seemed of high quality. Quick service was very helpful. I will definitely return. The hotel includes well maintained grounds, modern rooms, and several restaurants. There are also many pools for all guests.
During my visit, the staff English skills seemed lacking. I noticed many staff spoke Russian better than English. This was a slight issue during some interactions.
