the staff at the hotel were attentive to my needs. the location is quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of options.
I found the pool area to be quite crowded. It was difficult to find a lounger at times. the room service menu was limited, restricting dining choices.

I appreciated the prompt attention during check in and check out. The food seemed of high quality. Quick service was very helpful. I will definitely return. The hotel includes well maintained grounds, modern rooms, and several restaurants. There are also many pools for all guests.
During my visit, the staff English skills seemed lacking. I noticed many staff spoke Russian better than English. This was a slight issue during some interactions.
